Top Hat Decorating Workshop~ Just in time for The Edwardian Ball!
Attention all Edwardian Ball attendees, festival goers, Burners, eager students, craft enthusiasts and those who are all and in between: We are offering a top hat decorating workshop! We will be sharing our tips and tricks for creating a avant garde style top hat! Join us January 15th, 12-4pm for this unique offering from your favorite local festival and costume store! This workshop will provide you with a top hat base, special fabrics, glues, trims, googly eyes, baubles, doodads and guidance from experienced resident DTL artists. We will be offering this class just in time for the Edwardian Ball (February 3rd and 4th)! We have 12 regular seats at $125.00 and 2 scholarship seats at $60.00.
